Despite our scale, we continue to operate with the agility and ambition of a startup.Job Summary:We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our team. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions to support business needs. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem-solver with strong technical expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura & LWC), along with excellent collaboration and communication skills.Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Salesforce.com and Force.com platform tools.
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Lightning pages.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and release management best practices.
Support the migration of existing functionalities to Lightning Experience.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing procedures, and QA practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud and CPQ Cloud are a plus).
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
