"What the role is all about:The SailPoint Developer sits in the Enterprise Security team, which sits within the broader Global Technology group, headed up by Steve Maidment.The Enterprise Security teams' mission is to enable REA's strategy through application availability, security, and ease of access.We combine our extensive skills in identity management, regulatory compliance, and workforce management to drive our work forward. These skills are used to provide internal users with access to the right applications at the right time, and without compromising security, privacy,or separation of responsibilities requirements.To do this, we develop, engineer, manage and maintain a central identity platform, integrate an extensive set of tools to the platform, and ensure that the system meets the ever-changing needs of the business.The Enterprise Security team works closely with many teams across the business, including several teams within Global Technology, among others.While no two days are likely to be the same, your typical responsibilities will include:

Integrate our identity platform with corporate applications, cloud services, and third-party platforms to ensure seamless and secure access.
Develop and maintain source integrations and APIs for identity services, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and efficient identity management systems.
Maintaining detailed and up-to-date documentation for identity processes, configurations, and workflows.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for identity-related issues, serving as a point of escalation for complex problems.
Take regular scheduled shifts on-call to support key services outside business hours.
Contributing to the REA knowledge base through blog posts, brown-bass sessions and coaching less experienced members of the team.
Lead and deliver project slices
Support the Staff engineer in ensuring a mindset of quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement is being fostered in the Workforce Identity team

Who we're looking for:

Experience Range: 4-6 years
Experience working with SailPoint as a developer or Identity Governance Analyst.
Proven relevant commercial experience working with application integrations, particularly using Java and NodeJS.

Tertiary qualifications in computer science or engineering, software development, OR equivalent experience.
The ability to solve complex problems, tinker with technology and possess a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong technical skills in designing, implementing and integrating identity infrastructure with business applications.
Ability to communicate, collaborate, and contribute effectively across teams and with various business stakeholders.
Ability to present data, findings and recommendations to a high standard.
Motivation to learn - we are constantly learning together, mentoring each other and striving to do things better Security knowledge and mindset.

Bonus points for:

Experience with administrating and integrating a variety of SaaS based systems such as: Microsoft 365, Jira Service Management, Entra lD, Okta, Zoom, PagerDuty, Workday and Slack in a corporate environment.
Experience with the administration of Microsoft Active Directory/hybrid environments
Expertise in Authentication Protocols: Understanding of various authentication protocols such as Open lD Connect, SAML, Kerberos, and LDAP.
Understanding of compliance and governance requirements, particularly SOX.
In-depth knowledge of identity management concepts, principles, and practical use cases
Proven track record of delivering complex projects related to workforce identity.
