- Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory for effective client communication.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of solar PV systems, EV charging solutions (AC & DC), and renewable energy trends.
- Other Requirements: Must own a vehicle, possess a valid driving license, and be open to relocating to Bangalore if required.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage non-residential clients, promoting solar and EV solutions tailored to their needs.
- Customer Engagement: Manage lead generation, validation, and client follow-ups to build long-term relationships.
- Field Sales: Conduct site visits to assess client requirements, provide technical and commercial solutions, and close deals.
- Proposal & Documentation: Create persuasive proposals, contracts, and presentations to support the sales process.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with business objectives and ensure smooth project execution.
- Comprehensive Solutions: Offer end-to-end sales services, covering both solar and EV portfolios.
- Experience: Proven expertise in renewable energy sales, with a focus on solar or EV solutions. Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a customer-focused approach.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with solar energy systems, EV charging infrastructure, and the renewable energy landscape.
- Personality: Assertive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple clients.
