- Assess and analyze power quality issues in client facilities, providing expert recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement power quality measurement and monitoring strategies to ensure compliance with IEEE standards.
- Conduct detailed power quality studies and assessments, including harmonic analysis, voltage sags and swells, and transient analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement solutions for power quality problems, including filters, capacitors, and voltage regulation systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on best practices for maintaining power quality in high-voltage networks.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements related to power quality and HV networks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients, detailing findings and recommendations.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and team members on power quality analysis and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8-10 years of experience in power quality analysis, with a strong background in multiple industries.
- In-depth knowledge of IEEE standards and guidelines related to power quality.
- Experience working with high-voltage (HV) networks and systems.
- Maintenance & project execution minimum 33KV distribution side
- Preferred Certification CDCP, Uptime, DCU
- Proficiency in power quality measurement tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
