We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for our innovative mobile application that helps clients manage their visiting cards and client data management. This role is perfect for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving lead generation, building brand awareness, and establishing strategic partnerships in the mobile app industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Customer AcquisitionDevelop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive qualified prospects for our mobile applicationCreate and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing channelsImplement data-driven approaches to identify and target potential customers in the business networking and client management spaceTrack and analyze lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI metricsCollaborate with sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion optimizationEvent Marketing & Strategic PartnershipsEvent Participation: Actively attend industry conferences, trade shows, networking events, and business meetups to represent the company and generate qualified leadsPartnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnerships with event organizers, business associations, and industry groupsMOU Negotiations: Lead negotiations and execute Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with event hosts, venue managers, and strategic partnersEvent Strategy Planning: Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies including pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-upRelationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, event organizers, and potential partnersTrade Show Management: Coordinate booth setup, promotional materials, staff training, and lead capture systems for trade show participationPartnership ROI Analysis: Measure and report on partnership effectiveness and event participation outcomesStrategic Planning & AnalyticsMarket Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the business card and CRM mobile app spaceCampaign Planning: Develop detailed marketing plans with clear objectives, timelines, budget allocation, and success metricsBudget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI across all campaigns and initiativesProduct Collaboration: Work closely with product development team to align marketing messages with app features and user feedbackMarketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagementCompetitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify opportunitiesRequirementsOverall Experience: 5-7 years preferredLead Generation: 2-4 years of B2B lead generation experienceEvent Marketing: 2-5 years of trade show and conference marketing experienceDigital Marketing: 3-5 years across multiple digital channels
