Job Title: Centre Manager Mobile Service CentreLocation: Sivananthapuram, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Hyderbad and BangaloreBudget CTC: 5.5 6 LPAJob Summary:Responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, customer service, and technical performance of the mobile phone service centre. Ensures high service quality, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and efficient repair workflows.
Customer Service: Resolve issues promptly, improve satisfaction, and manage feedback.
Team Supervision: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate technicians and service staff.
Technical Oversight: Supervise hardware/software repairs and use of diagnostics tools.
Inventory & Finance: Manage spare parts stock, supplier coordination, and cost control.
Compliance & Reporting: Enforce safety and company policies, submit reports, maintain records.
Business Growth: Identify new service opportunities and support local marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Business, Electronics, or related field (preferred)
Prior service centre management experience in mobile/electronics
Strong team leadership, technical know-how, and customer service skills
Proficiency in budgeting, diagnostics, and inventory control

Core Competencies:

Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
