- Education:
- MBA or PGDM in Marketing from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes (IIMs, ISB, MICA, FMS, XLRI, SPJIMR, NMIMS, etc.)
- Work Experience:
- 58 years in marketing roles at high-growth consumer companies like Zomato, Swiggy, Ola, HUL, Reckitt, Nestle, Marico, or other B2C product-led brands.
- Must have owned and grown a product/category with measurable impact across channels.

- Prior experience in launching new products/services regionally or nationwide, with clear outcomes in traction and brand growth.
- Strong grasp of both digital (SEO, SEM, CRM, Social Media) and offline (events, OOH, POS) marketing strategies.
- Ability to combine storytelling with data to create compelling and effective campaigns.
- Experience with vending, FMCG, QSR, or beverage categories
- Fluency in using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or equivalent
- Familiarity with rural and urban market dynamics in India
- Comfort working in high-growth startup environments
