Recruitments of GL-RO & GL –CSO ( For branches above 250 Lakhs of POS) placement / regular training on sales; marketing; Customer Due Diligence throughout their zone / region along with optimum retention & timely recruitments
Plan, communicate, monitor & ensure implementation of field level marketing (BTL) through Gold Loan Team Member along with Cluster Manager / BB Team / Assets Team – Gold Loans activities across all branches
To visit all branch (with special attention to newly launched branches; newly recruited GL-RO; branches with adverse findings from Audit / Risk verification); facilitate, guide and hand-hold & ensure policy implementation; strictly monitor team their performance & motivate team & Launch new branches across the Zone / New territory
Ensure significant engagement with BB & IB teams members across hierarchy, to achieve the budgets
Build team synergy within as well as with channel & support functions
Activate & implement alternate channels along with negotiations on pay-outs

Support Branches to close the Audit / Risk Queries

Track DPD buckets for all delinquent loan accounts & initiate recovery process with Product team support
Ensure timely repayment of excess amount recovered from auction to the borrower.
