Minimum qualifications:

8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
5 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
5 years of experience in a people management, supervision or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.
5 years of experience in managing teams, including managing managers with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

Promote a balanced work environment for the team with following the company and organization values. Drive strategy and execution of the team's mission.
Keep alignment with organization priorities and create visibility for the team's work. Support and grow leads in your team.
Establish and maintain collaboration by the team with cross-functional leads (e.g., Technical Program Manager (TPM), Product Manager (PM), Engineering Productivity (EngProd), Team Leads (TLs), etc). Promote collaboration between the team in Bengaluru and the other sites.
Represent the engineering team and maintain relationships with local partner teams in Core Product Areas and also other Product Areas as customers.
