Key Responsibilities:- Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon and other e-commerce portals.- Plan, execute and monitor promotional campaigns to increase sales and visibility.- Track and manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.- Conduct competitor analysis on pricing, promotions and product positioning.- Analyse marketplace performance reports and recommend improvements.- Ensure accurate, SEO-friendly product content in coordination with creative and marketing teams.- Monitor and resolve issues related to order processing, returns and customer feedback.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.Skills & Requirements:- 3-6 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales & marketplace management.- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other e-commerce platforms.- Proficiency in SEO techniques for product listings.- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including PPC campaigns and keyword research.- Strong analytical skills with expertise in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and marketplace operations simultaneously.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Google Analytics) will be an added advantage.Interested candidate can share their updated resume.
