As an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist, you'll drive campaign execution and performance across Ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and Quick Commerce players (Zepto, Blinkit).Not your regular Growth Team :)And why's that?- At Atomberg, the Growth Team is at the heart of our rapid expansion journey. This role works cross-functionally with category, sales, and platform partners to drive sellout and scale new launches.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management & Growth:- Plan and execute revenue-driven campaigns across Ecommerce and Quick Commerce platforms.- Optimize platform spends and maximize return on investment.- Collaborate with platform account managers on merchandising, deal visibility, and new feature adoption.Data-Led Insights & Automation:- Analyze sales and campaign data to identify growth opportunities.- Build performance dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.-Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline processes and scale impact. Cross-Team Execution:- Align with category, ecommerce ops, and growth teams to prioritize initiatives.- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches on digital platforms.- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for campaign execution and troubleshooting.Customer Journey Optimization:- Identify gaps in the conversion funnel and drive interventions.- Plan sellout strategies to drive performance across priority SKUs.What You'll Need:Experience & Skills:- 1-3 years in Ecommerce marketing, performance marketing, or digital growth roles.- Hands-on experience in campaign execution, digital merchandising, or sales growth.- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.- Attention to detail in budget management and data reporting.- Comfort working with AI tools and automation platforms.- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools preferred.Educational Qualification:- BE/BTech / MBA or equivalent in Management or Engineering.- Highly preferred: Candidates from IITs, NITs, or other top-tier engineering and management institutes.
