Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage entire recruitment cycle with desired TAT, scope includes manpower planning, sourcing, screening, Interviewing.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.
  • Act as a SPOC for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Developing employee engagement initiatives/calendar, promoting positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
  • Preparing daily/ monthly/quarterly review reports as per the management requirement Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to performance management.
  • Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees, coordinating in organizing trainings as per calendar & assist to keep track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Keeping track attendance, leaves & reimbursements, in adherence to Company policies.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
  • Timely updation & managing employee records, including personal data, job history, and performance records.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration including insurance, gratuity & full and final settlements.
