- Work in coordination with the HR Manager to plan strategies and implement various HR changes.
- Recruitment process ( Screening of CV, scheduling interview ),completion of induction etc ( employee life cycle implementation).
- Managing HR activities like NATS & NAPS ( GET & Apprentice Mgmt.)
- Maintaining of Payroll software and Data related to all HR activities.
- Coordination in Learning & Development .
- Responsible for maintaining all legal and statutory policies with various government agencies like PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, Gratuity etc.
- Enable positive work environment to support business need by creating employee engagement initiatives, which reinforces the desired culture and behaviours
- Transportation and Vehicle Management
- Checking of invoice related to HR.
- Coordination with Front Desk Exe. For Visitor Management, Canteen & facility management .
- Security, Labour Contract and Housekeeping.
- Employee Mediclaim, life insurance details and update.
- Proven working experience as an HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven with positive approach.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be aware with hire to retire process of HR.

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, Gujarati
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with manufacturing industries
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Experience of working with multinational manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
