Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects.
2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Experience in developing and managing data processing pipelines, ETL jobs, and data warehouse infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with business intelligence tools and transforming them with AI and machine learning capabilities.
Experience in quality assessment techniques (e.g., new metric development, SxS, operational evaluation design, LLM-based scaled metric design).
Understanding of data privacy principles and experience in implementing access control systems.

Drive the Maptrics platform's evolution into a GenAI-enabled insights engine.
Collaborate with Product Management, Go-To-Market, Data Science, and UX teams in Bangalore and the US.
Advocate data quality, for emerging markets. Oversee the development and management of data processing pipelines, ETL jobs, and data warehouse infrastructure to support our business intelligence and data quality objectives.
Develop and refine quality assessment techniques, including new metric development, side-by-side evaluations, and LLM-based scaled metric design.
Build, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and performance culture enabling autonomy.
