If you want to be a part of the difference, ZEISS is the right place for you!Position SummaryThe Business Process Excellence Manager – Plan to Produce is responsible for leading the transformation and optimization of the end-to-end production planning and execution processes at ZEISS. This position is essential for driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across all facets of production operations, including supply chain planning, production scheduling, and maintenance management through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.Responsibilities:

Workstream Ownership: Lead the P2X workstream across design, deployment, and sustain phases for Production planning & execution processes.
Process Analysis & Design: Identify inefficiencies, gather business requirements, and conduct “Fit to Standard” workshops. Develop AS-IS & TO-BE process maps leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
Solution Design & Requirement Analysis: Identify process gaps, document requirements, and translate them into functional designs. Manage dependencies with I2O, S2C, RTR and other streams.
Leadership and Strategic Planning: Lead external consulting support within your workstream. Regularly engage with fellow workstream leads for best practice sharing and integration into related processes or systems. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with ZEISS’s broader business goals.
Communication and Change Management: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to promote the transformation agenda. Manage change proactively by engaging stakeholders and facilitating adaptation to new processes and systems.

Required Knowledge & Experience

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Production, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, SCM or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience:

as a key user or a Business user in Production Planning & Execution domain
OR
managing projects focused on business process excellence, particularly within SAP ERP transformations in Production Planning.
Experience in SAP S4 HANA PP (Production Planning) as a Process expert is good to have
Proficiency in Production Planning processes like-

Material & Production planning
Shop floor planning, Demand/Forecast planning
IBP- integrated Business planning
MES- MFG execution system (SAP DM- Digital manufacturing)
