- Recruitment & Onboarding: End to end Recruitment, Handle job postings, screening, interviews, and joining formalities for new employees.
- Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain employee data and ensure HR policies follow legal requirements.
- Payroll & Attendance: Track attendance, manage leaves, and help with monthly payroll processing.
- Employee Engagement: Organize team activities and handle employee queries or concerns.
- Training Support: Coordinate training programs and keep records of learning activities.
- Exit Process: Manage exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and maintain records.
- Reporting: Prepare basic HR reports like recruitment status, attendance, and employee updates.
