- Support the setup, execution, and daily monitoring of LinkedIn and Meta ad campaigns
- Assist in crafting ad creatives, messaging, and audience strategies for social platforms
- Analyze performance across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads, focusing on metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions
- Identify patterns in performance data and suggest optimizations to improve lead quality and volume
- Collaborate on A/B testing efforts for ads and landing pages
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting of paid media performance, pulling insights and learnings
- Stay current on digital advertising trends and platform updates
- Strong interest in paid digital marketing, particularly social media advertising
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads dashboards
- Prior internship or project experience in digital advertising (good to have)
- Certification in LinkedIn Marketing (optional but a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers and trends
- Good written communication and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Practical skills in performance analysis, campaign reporting, and lead generation strategy
