Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month + performance bonusKey Responsibilities:Client Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and keep them updated on new products or services.Site Visits & Customer Meetings: Conduct in-person visits to key clients to strengthen relationships, understand their challenges, and explore future requirements.Referral Generation: Proactively seek referrals from happy customers and manage the referral pipeline using the CRM system.Complaint Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for client issues, coordinating internally to resolve complaints efficiently and maintain a positive customer experience.CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions, orders, referrals, and follow-ups in the CRM system to track engagement and satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with CRM software and customer serviceStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesWillingness to travel for site visits and customer meetings
