📌Job Title: IT Sales Executive📍Location: Adajan, Surat🗣️Role OverviewWe’re seeking an energetic IT Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in technology or software sales. This individual will spearhead business development efforts spanning our suite of services—web/mobile apps, SaaS, AI/ML, APIs, UI/UX design, CRM solutions, and staff augmentation. Your mission: identify and nurture customer leads, drive business growth, and cement long-term client partnerships.🔑Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, connect with, and qualify new business opportunities aligned with Differenz System’s offerings (e.g., SaaS, custom apps, AI/ML, APIs, UI/UX, etc.).
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and craft tailored proposals.
  • Present and pitch our solutions—both virtually and in person—to stakeholders across multiple industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, design) to develop compelling proposals, demos, and POCs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and produce sales forecasts and reports.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars (either in person or virtually), representing Differenz System and expanding your network.
🔍What We're Looking ForExperience & Background
  • Minimum 2 years in IT/software sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience selling products/services in at least one of our key verticals—web/mobile development, SaaS, AI/ML, cross-platform apps, or staff augmentation—is a strong plus.

  • Solid understanding of the IT solutions lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Consultative selling mindset; ability to listen to clients and tailor solutions.
  • Persuasive negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resourceful.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaborative with multidisciplinary teams.
