We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Intern to support BHIVEs Sales department. This isan excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain practical experience in sales, client interaction, andbusiness development while contributing to the organizations growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & OutreachAssist in identifying and sourcing new leads through research, cold calling, andemail campaigns.Support in maintaining a database of potential clients and tracking outreachactivities.Client Relationship ManagementEngage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and presenttailored solutions.Assist in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by providingexcellent service.Sales SupportSupport the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketingmaterials.Help manage and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads,prospects, and clients.Market Research & InsightsConduct research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new businessopportunities.Provide insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.CollaborationCoordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on salesinitiatives and campaigns.Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for achieving sales targets.QualificationsFresh graduate with a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, orrelated fields.Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Skills:Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Self-motivated and results-driven.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Benefits:Hands-on experience in sales and business development.Opportunity to develop professional skills in client engagement and relationship management.Exposure to real-world business operations and strategies.Mentorship from experienced professionals.Certificate and recommendation letter upon successful completion of the internship.About the Company: The BHIVE Group stands at the forefront of revolutionizing enterprise-grademanaged offices & coworking spaces for enterprises, democratizing investments in Bengaluru.
