- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in the housing finance market, specifically for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving business growth targets and sales goals set by the organization.
- Loan Processing: Assist clients through the home loan and LAP processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth processing.

- Networking: Establish and maintain strong ties with key industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, developers, and other financial institutions.
- Previous experience in Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local real estate and housing markets.
