Job Description :
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients in the housing finance market, specifically for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving business growth targets and sales goals set by the organization.
  • Loan Processing: Assist clients through the home loan and LAP processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth processing.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the housing finance sector.
  • Networking: Establish and maintain strong ties with key industry stakeholders, including real estate agents, developers, and other financial institutions.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Previous experience in Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of local real estate and housing markets.
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
