Business Development Manager - Fmcg/Personal Care - 4+Years - Vidarbha/ChhattisgarhWe are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager with 4+ years of experience in the beauty, personal care, or professional salon industry. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales growth, dealer/salon network management, and execution of promotional strategies.   • Planning and achieving collection and training objectives for the territory.
  • Designing and proposing customized deals for key customers.
  • Planning cost-effective and time-efficient coverage for the sales team.
  • Implementing schemes, promotions, and POS activities.
  • Maintaining accurate sales, annual points of sales, and financial data.
  • Building and strengthening dealer and salon networks.
  • Monitoring competitors and updating management with market insights.
  • Working closely with sales representatives, technicians, and distributors.
Requirements: * MBA from a reputed B-school.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in beauty, personal care, or professional salon business.
  • Exposure to professional division or salon sales is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability in sales strategy, business development, and network management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
