If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.Shield the mainframe team from external interruptions and ensure focus on sprint goals.Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog and ensure alignment with business outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including testers, system analysts, DevOps, and downstream integration teams.Remove blockers related to batch job dependencies, test environments, and production deployments.Promote Agile values and encourage adoption of best practices adapted to the mainframe delivery lifecycle.Track team metrics such as velocity, cycle time, story completion rate, and help the team use them for self-improvement.Foster a culture of continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives and feedback loops.Support the team in addressing technical debt and planning for modernization or API enablement initiatives.Required Skills and Experience5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development projects.Experience working with or supporting Mainframe teams (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, etc.).Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, with the ability to tailor them for mainframe environments.Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams through Agile maturity journeys.Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.Proven ability to manage dependencies, impediments, and risks across complex legacy systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in multi-vendor or distributed environments.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
