Senior Manager - Real Estate Asset Advisory - 7-10 Years-GurgaonSummaryJoin a dynamic organization leading real estate advisory and technical due diligence services. This role involves managing asset advisory assignments, conducting investment risk monitoring, and delivering technical due diligence services for real estate and infrastructure projects while supporting lenders, investors, and developers in informed decision-making.Your Future EmployerA leading IPC providing Technical Due Diligence, Investment Risk Monitoring, and Asset Advisory services to Private Equity firms, NBFCs, and Banks across India.Key Responsibilities

Lead Real Estate Asset Advisory services in the North/East Zone by managing clients, bill certification, and project monitoring assignments.
Provide Lender's Independent Engineer (LIE), Technical Due Diligence (TDD), and Project Investment Risk Monitoring services for Private Equity firms, NBFCs, and Banks.
Lead teams to execute and deliver Technical Due Diligence for large and stressed real estate assets.
Conduct BOQ-level cost reviews and assessments for real estate and retail projects.
Lead teams to perform financial reconciliation of construction materials, including purchase orders, work orders, and bill payments mapped with bank statements.
Evaluate projects and developer capability profiles for foreign investment, including assessment of innovative construction methodologies.
Ensure strong understanding of regional, state, and national construction approvals and compliance requirements.
Evaluate projects for Environmental, Social Impact, and HSE compliance.
Conduct project financial assessments by analyzing cash inflows and outflows.
Perform comparison of planned vs actual project performance, including statutory approvals, construction schedules, project budgets, and sales milestones.
Manage invoicing processes, collections targets, and review audit reports.
Update investment teams on project challenges, including delays, approvals, and cost escalations.
Review developer escrow accounts for fund inflows and outflows related to construction and project expenses.
Provide site execution support, bill certification, rate analysis, and ensure EHS & Quality compliance.
Support client engagement, proposal preparation, and new client acquisition initiatives.
Drive learning and development plans for team members.

Required SkillsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.MBA in Construction Management or Real Estate (preferred).7-10 years of experience in:
