Job Description:We are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to support and enhance cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes. This role focuses on AWS-based DevOps operations across multiple products, along with managing TeamCity, Jenkins, and Git-based deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-product environment while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability of systems.Key Responsibilities⢠Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC⢠Support deployment and scaling of applications across multiple environments⢠Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation⢠Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud systems⢠Manage and maintain TeamCity pipelines for build and deployment workflows⢠Automate build, test, and deployment processes across environments⢠Troubleshoot deployment failures and optimize pipeline performance⢠Collaborate with development teams to improve release cycles⢠Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, or similar tools⢠Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues⢠Support incident response and root cause analysis⢠Apply DevSecOps best practices including IAM policies, secrets management, and vulnerability scanning⢠Ensure systems comply with internal and external security standards⢠Work closely with development, QA, and product teams⢠Provide support for customer deployments and production issues⢠Document infrastructure, processes, and operational runbooksKey Skills & Qualifications⢠3-4 years of experience in DevOps or related roles⢠Strong hands-on experience with AWS services⢠Experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins⢠Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments⢠Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation)⢠Proficiency in scripting using Bash, Python, or similar⢠Understanding of networking concepts including VPC, subnets, load balancers, and DNS⢠Experience with monitoring and logging tools⢠Knowledge of container orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes is a plus)⢠Experience with Git-based workflows and version control best practices⢠Experience working in multi-tenant or SaaS environments (preferred)⢠Exposure to security frameworks such as SOC2 or PCI (preferred)⢠Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef (preferred)⢠Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities⢠Good communication and collaboration skills⢠Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyApply by sending your CV to
