- Define and execute the business roadmap for the Syndicate vertical.
- Forge high-value alliances with developers to integrate them into the AOP model.
- Build scalable strategies to penetrate new geographies and market segments.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth across developer tie-ups, broker partnerships, and channel collaborations.
- Channel Partner & Broker Ecosystem Management
- Expand and strengthen a robust broker and channel partner network across India.
- Ensure transparent commission structures, timely payouts, and long-term partner retention.
- Launch innovative engagement programs, rewards, and training modules to increase partner productivity.
- Leverage prior experience from Bank DSAs, Insurance Sales, or Corporate Channels to bring structure and scalability to distribution.
- Revenue Generation & Monetization
- Design and implement monetization models for brokers, developers, and channel partners.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential projects and markets.
- Track and maximize deal conversions, ensuring continuous revenue acceleration.
- Drive accountability for revenue targets across the Syndicate team.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to developers and internal stakeholders to support decision - making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns for partner acquisition and developer onboarding.
- Leadership & Team Management
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales and partnerships team.
- Define KPIs for broker engagement, developer onboarding, and revenue delivery.
- Mentor and upskill team members in negotiation, relationship management, and channel development.
- Foster a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
- Process Excellence & Governance
- Implement CRM and analytics-based dashboards for revenue, partner performance, and deal tracking.
- Ensure compliance with processes, contracts, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
- Proven leadership in Bank DSA, Insurance Sales, or Corporate Channel distribution models.
- Deep understanding of large-scale partner ecosystems and channel sales.
- Strong business acumen and ability to create high-impact growth strategies.
- Excellent networking, relationship management, and deal negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, data analytics, and market intelligence platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
- MBA (Tier 1/Tier 2 preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel development, with at least 8+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong background in Bank DSAs, Insurance Sales, or Corporate Channels is mandatory.
- Experience in real estate partnerships, BFSI distribution, or large-scale channel management will be highly valued.
