- Blend performance marketing with digital brand-building to create sustainable growth momentum.
- Provide regular strategy updates, insights, and recommendations to the CBO and leadership team.
- Own and manage the ₹30–40 Cr annual digital budget with complete accountability for ROI.
- Drive performance campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, SEO/SEM, and automation tools.
- Build strong attribution models to track and optimize CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and funnel performance.
- Conduct quarterly budget planning, forecasting, and efficiency reviews with business leadership.
- Establish a robust analytics and reporting framework to measure campaign success.
- Translate marketing data into business insights for board-level reporting.
- Apply advanced AI, automation, and predictive modeling to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously monitor competitive benchmarks and adapt strategy to maintain a market leadership edge.
- Drive adoption of MarTech tools, AI-driven campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Explore emerging channels, consumer platforms, and partnerships for innovative digital outreach.
- Ensure PropertyPistol sets industry benchmarks in digital-first engagement and performance marketing.
- Build and lead a specialist digital team across performance, content, analytics, and brand.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Strategy teams to ensure digital efforts directly drive business outcomes.
- Manage external agencies, media partners, and vendor relationships with strict ROI focus.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop next-generation digital leaders within the organization.
- 12–15 years of proven leadership in digital marketing, performance marketing, and digital growth strategy.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in managing ₹30–40 Cr+ annual budgets.
- Track record of scaling digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, programmatic buying, affiliate marketing, and automation platforms.
- Strong leadership experience in managing large teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to high-growth industries such as proptech, e-commerce, BFSI, travel, or consumer tech preferred.
- An MBA/PGDM in marketing, digital, or strategy from a reputable institution is desirable.
- Lead the digital growth charter of one of India’s fastest-growing PropTech companies.
- Manage and optimize a multi-crore budget with full ownership of ROI and efficiency.
- Work directly with the CBO and top leadership, shaping the company’s future growth story.
- Build and mentor a world-class digital marketing team that sets new industry benchmarks.
