Job Title: Business Development Manager - Hardware Solutions (B2B Sales)Location: Delhi NCRExperience Required: 3-5 YearsQualification: B.E / B.Sc / B.Tech / M.E / M.Sc / M.Tech with MBA / PGDM (Preferred)About the Role- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager - Hardware Solutions to drive B2B sales of enterprise IT hardware and infrastructure solutions.- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT hardware sales, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to develop business within the corporate and enterprise segment.Key Responsibilities :1. Sales & Revenue Generation :- Drive sales of Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Storage, Firewalls, Networking Equipment, and other IT hardware solutions.- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise and mid-market segments.2. Client Engagement & Solution Selling :- Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams, and key decision-makers.- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.- Collaborate with OEM partners such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, etc.3. Sales Operations & Coordination :- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and quotations.- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and delivery coordination.- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates.4. Market & Product Knowledge :- Stay updated on the latest OEM product offerings and technology trends.- Monitor competitor activity and market developments.- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions such as AMC, endpoint security, and cloud services.Required Skills & Competencies :- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT hardware / infrastructure sales.- Strong knowledge of OEM products such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Servers, Storage, Firewalls, and Networking solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.- Strong network within the corporate / enterprise market.Experience Requirements :- Prior experience in corporate hardware sales is mandatory.- Experience in software licensing, security solutions, or cloud services will be an added advantage.
