- Lead and manage interior fit-out projects from concept design through execution and final handover
- Coordinate between clients, designers, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure alignment of design intent with execution
- Review and guide design development to ensure technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with project requirements
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery
- Oversee procurement processes, vendor selection, and material approvals in line with project timelines
- Monitor on-site progress, quality standards, and adherence to drawings and specifications
- Identify potential risks, delays, or bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in interior fit-out projects with strong exposure to design coordination
- Proven track record of delivering commercial/corporate interior projects end-to-end
- Strong understanding of design development, drawings, and technical detailing
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, and contractor management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools (MS Project or equivalent)
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance creative design intent with practical execution challenges
