Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.Sr. Product Manager, CardsAdyen is looking for a passionate Product Manager to bring our payment proposition for Card Payment Methods in India to a new standard. This includes payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Rupay. This role will be given considerable freedom to advocate for building the best emerging payment technology, local and improving upon existing, working with a team of product managers to prioritize and scale our offering.What you'll do

You'll focus on enhancing and scaling card-based payment methods in India, a key market for Adyen globally.
You'll use your product sense to identify and take on a broad problem set where you'll take on end to end responsibility for; solutioning and taking an approach that focuses on value, impact, and execution.
You'll lead prioritization and planning to shape India's product roadmap, working closely with other PM's, commercial, support, and development teams.
You'll speak to our (global) customers, understand their challenges, prioritize solutions and collaborate with internal teams across Adyen to bring products to market successfully. Always while remaining flexible to changes and reprioritisation.
You'll lead projects, work with engineers and get hands-on with technical work as needed.

Who you are

You have 10+ years of Product Management experience in product-first companies, with a strong track record of launching and scaling products that drive measurable impact.
You bring prior experience in the Payments domain-preferably with exposure to Card Payment Methods-and have a clear perspective on how the ecosystem is evolving, particularly in the Indian market.
You have a proven ability to define a compelling product vision, craft a clear strategy, and translate it into an actionable, outcome-driven roadmap.
You are skilled in listening to customers, engineers, and partners to identify problems that Adyen can uniquely solve.
You have outstanding analytical skills, and are not afraid to dive into complex, technical subjects.
You are experienced in structuring, delivering, and communicating initiative plans within cross-functional teams, including analysts and software engineers. And on top of that: you can execute!
