Assistant Manager - Mutual Fund Operations

• Manage NAV operations including file handling and issue coordination

• Maintain scheme master data (updates, circulars, query handling)

• Monitor transaction processing and fund reconciliation

• Handle billing and invoicing activities

• Prepare MIS and regulatory reports

• Manage stakeholder queries and escalations

• Perform end-of-day operations ensuring system readiness

• Support audit requirements and reporting

• Coordinate with technology teams for system changes and issue resolution

• Identify and implement process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field

• Experience in operations or financial services

• Knowledge of NAV, reconciliation, and mutual fund processes

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational tools

• High attention to detail and accuracy
