Execution & Support – FLEXCUBE, FAS, DMS, BOSS, CORSResponsibilities:Reconciliation of brokerage data as per AMC payout and company data.
Calculate the brokerage received, branch-wise, RM-wise, and customer-wise.
Scheme-wise brokerage reconciliation and highlight the issue to AMC.
PMS, AIF, Gift-city Brokerage, and Trail reconciliation monthly.
Maintain AUM reports, SIP MIS, and client investment dashboards for strategic decisions.
Collaborate with relationship managers and branches to improve client servicing and operational delivery.
Handle client escalations, implement regulatory updates, and manage digital transaction workflows.
Process PMS forms and funding for existing and new clients.
Empanelment with new PMS and Mutual fund houses.
Conduct portfolio reviews and ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and APMI guidelines.Requirements
- A 5+ year experienced expert in wealth and asset management, specializing in PMS, AIF, and Mutual Fund operations.
- Proven record of accomplishment in handling end-to-end banking operations, client servicing, and compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and APMI guidelines.
- Strong background in reconciliation, brokerage management, MIS reporting, and AUM tracking.
- Successfully led UAT initiatives and digitization projects to improve process efficiency and regulatory adherence.
- Adept at coordinating with relationship managers and stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
