Position:- Manager – MF Banking OperationsLocation:- MumbaiRoles and ResponsibilitiesManaging the Banking operations activities for the Mutual Fund
 Coordination with Banks for opening/closing scheme accounts and providing online access of the accounts to all the users.
 Tracking of subscription inflows in various collection bank accounts and updating the same in the inhouse application to provide timely and accurate cash flow reports to investment team. Initiating RTGS/NEFT/Fund transfers
bank instructions (manual and physical) to various banks.
 Handling Redemption, Dividend & refund payouts, tracking of Rejection & issuing of warrants/DD.
 Strong ability to review and resolve breaks in reconciliation (Dividend/Redemption/Refund/Subscription)
Coordination with Service Providers
 Registrar coordination for processing of Investor transactions
 Review and Resolve queries from Investors / Distributors/Sales/Branch Team
 Co-ordination with Exchanges for NFO, scheme master set up, details on
Investor transactions
 Liasoning with Depositories for ISIN creation/activation/deactivation,
Corporate action of investor transactions
 Reconciliation of TDS/Stamp duty data between RTA and FA records and initiating payout.
Operations Support
 Support launch of new products and services
 Review of Scheme Information Documents/Addendum, etc.
 MIS on Investor Transactions, Systematic Investment Plans, etc.
 Knowledge of Mutual Fund Regulations
 Review of Banking Agreements
 Handling Internal, Statutory audit & Regulatory audit
 Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
 Preference will be given to candidate with Advanced Excel knowledgeKnowledge, Skills & Expertise
  • Post Graduate/Graduate with minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations role preferably from Mutual Fund or financial sector.
  • Knowledge of Registrar, banking, depository processes
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliations
  • Understanding of SEBI Regulations
  • Familiarity with asset management technology and operating platforms
  • Experience of oversight on outsourced functions
  • Effective knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong on analytics and problem-solving skills.
