- The Workplace Services team is responsible for ensuring the workplace, building, facilities, and services work harmoniously to support the core business.
- We provide a creative, safe environment for Rockstar Games staff.
- We manage and develop workplace services and programs, including maintenance, security, cleaning, catering, mail services, space utilization, strategy, refurbishment projects and construction.
- We ensure the studios comply with all relevant compliance and legislation.
- Extending our support to other departments in the delivery of parcel services (customs coordination), asset management and movements.
- Oversee operations, ensuring safety, and managing staff during the night shift.
- Supervise pantry and cafeteria operations, pest control, as well as the fundamental coordination of construction projects.
- Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, including coordinating with external contractors for specialized services such as janitorial, housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria and security.
- Ensuring the daily roster is being prepared and monitored.
- Support internal stakeholders in the delivery of snacks arrangements, replenishment of coffee and beverages throughout the day.
- Monitor and supervise overall housekeeping services 24/7.
- Effective and robust monitoring of maintenance and operational activity.
- Create daily and weekly report shared to the line manager.
- Ensure the overall studio desk/office are maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure all tasks are handled within the allocated budget.
- Ensure all the tasks are aligned and executed as per Legal and statutory requirements as well as safety and sanitary regulations.
- Ensure effective documentation and development of building and facilities information.
- Proven ability to track and report on asset lifecycle.
- Facilitate the arrangement of meeting rooms and events, making certain that all required logistics are established.
- Effective management of helpdesk systems and information.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in overall facilities or workplace stream.
- 5+ years' experience in IT/ITES.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Sound numerical and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Flexibility to handle changing tasks and priorities on a daily or hourly basis.
- Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment and to address employee concerns in a pleasant, courteous manner.
- Flexible to work on weekend.
- Candidate who speaks local language is a plus.
- Good vendor management.
