
Field Sales Executive

- Client Visits: Regularly visit a designated portfolio of skin and hair clinics and high-end salons within your assigned territory.
- Product Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our hair and skin serums to potential clients.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by successfully closing deals and building strong, lasting client relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights to help inform our sales strategies.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clinic owners, dermatologists, cosmetologists, salon managers, and beauty professionals.
- Order Management: Accurately record client orders, manage payment collection (if applicable), and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Reporting: Submit regular sales reports, activity logs, and forecasts to the sales manager.
- Training & Support: Provide initial product training and ongoing support to clients to ensure they understand how to effectively use and recommend our serums.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the beauty, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors. Freshers with exceptional communication and a strong drive to succeed are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Gujarati.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Sales Acumen: A natural flair for sales, negotiation, and persuasion.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation (two-wheeler preferred) for client visits.
