- Provide detailed product knowledge about the jewelry, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing.
- Promote special offers, new arrivals, and seasonal promotions.
- Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately, ensuring smooth transactions.
- Maintain inventory and ensure that all products are properly displayed and well-organized.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom is always up to standard.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Assist in stock-taking and inventory management.
- Stay updated on current jewelry trends and product knowledge.
- Adhere to all showroom policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a jewelry or luxury goods environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Good mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet sales targets.
- Attention to detail and an eye for luxury items and design.
- Knowledge of jewelry materials, styles, and trends is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
