  • Own the sales process for their individual accounts and market area
  • Grow top line sales by generation of new business, increased volumes and price increases
  • Defend company margins in line with company policy
  • Own commercial development and presentation of large proposals to customers
  • Identify and develop an individual opportunity pipeline plan, documented within CRM (SFDC) and in line with the agreed market strategy
  • Work in conjunction with the Connector BU wide pricing policy, tools set and processes
  • Provide support to internal sales for first line commercial and/or contractual issues
  • Be the focal point for customers to help ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle Develop new customers and Identify new opportunities.
  • Work under pressure to fulfill sales targets, responsible to deliver the annual sales target
  • Quickly understand customer's application, cooperate with customer R&D engineers and able to identify sales opportunity
  • Handle sales inquiries and other requests from customers in the assigned territories
  • Negotiation tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both customers and company needs
  • Prepare the technical presentations and present to customers
  • Provide customers with professional consolation
  • Develop and maintain the customer relationship
  • Onsite solve customer application problems
  • Support customer in samples and order follow up
  • Collect and escalate information on customer needs and market trends
  • Close monitor the competition in the market, report to team leader timely
  • Teamwork with other cross functional teams
  • Follow up closely on customer project status to ensure all opportunities are effectively managed
  • Take on other tasks assigned by the manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial automation/electronics engineering preferred
  • Fast learner and strong team player
  • Over 5 years working experience of Technical sales/FAE in a related background ( Medical/Industrial or OEM)
  • Good communication both in English
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and multitask
  • Proactive, aggressive and initiative
