- Partner with local and global teams: Deliver secure IT solutions in collaboration with team members.
- Strategic planning: Develop and refine strategic plans for the current and next fiscal year, aligning with long-term organizational objectives.
- Progress monitoring and reporting: Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, KPIs, and outcomes.
- Product ownership and backlog management: Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Continuous improvement: Analyze performance data and user feedback to refine and optimize products.
- Technical specifications and user stories: Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
- Agile/Scrum ceremonies: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaboration with engineering: Ensure the feasibility of solutions and provide technical context during development.
- Product updates and progress reports: Present product updates, roadmap changes, and progress reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Testing and validation: Assist in defining acceptance criteria and participate in testing and validation of new features.
- Subject matter expert: Serve as a subject matter expert for DT Applications at the Bangalore site.
- Bachelor's degree: Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of overall experience in IT, with at least 4 years of hands-on project or product management experience.
- ITIL concepts: Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and their practical application in service management.
- Process design and implementation: Experience in designing, enhancing, and implementing comprehensive end-to-end IT and business processes.
- Documentation: Proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality, standards-compliant documentation.
- Tools and software: Proficient in tools such as Support Central and WordPress for knowledge management and internal communication.
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Software development basics: Solid understanding of software development practices and techniques (e.g., APIs, cloud services, databases, DevOps, etc.).
- Presentation skills: Strong presentation skills, able to articulate product vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile methodologies: Skilled at agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Global team collaboration: Ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of IT staff located in multiple sites, including proven effectiveness working with global teams.
