Key Responsibilities:
  • ⁠ ⁠Manage and lead a team of sales executives, setting targets and ensuring their achievement.
  • ⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct market research to understand industry trends and provide actionable insights.
  • ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • ⁠ ⁠Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and sales techniques.
  • ⁠ ⁠Prepare and present detailed sales reports, highlighting performance metrics and challenges.
  • ⁠ ⁠Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
  • ⁠ ⁠Candidates with experience in developer groups like Shilp, Shivalik, Ganesh Housing, Suryam, Godrej, Adani, etc., are preferred.
  • ⁠ ⁠Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory).
  • ⁠ ⁠Languages Known: Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
