VAS-RaIS has a suite of high visibility, high-volume, revenue earning applications that provide solutions related to Risk Management, Identity and Authentication. Our capabilities are used extensively by key players in the payment eco- space across the globe. This individual must be able to think broadly about Visa's business and drive the expansion of the Risk and Identity portfolio.Key Responsibilities

Expand and evolve the RaIS product portfolio at global scale
Own and drive technical product roadmaps; align them with broader Visa strategy
Gather, analyze, prioritize and refine functional & non-functional requirements
Create feature sets, story maps, and detailed user stories for agile scrum teams
Partner closely with business sponsors, architects, developers and cross-functional leaders
Remove bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs vs. technical constraints
Champion innovation and new technologies; help strengthen Visa’s technology brand

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years in technology as a developer or technical product manager; agile environment preferred
Hands-on ability to engage in deep technical & business discussions
Strong background in payments, financial services, internet or related industries
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Proven success leading medium- to large-scale, cross-functional projects
Comfortable working independently and across diverse teams and cultures

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications

8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or with an Advanced degree
Technical experience in Java technologies, API (SOAP & Rest) & Web Development
Well versed with GenAI technologies and should be able to develop quick prototype using GenAI
It will be an added advantage if the candidate has experience working in Financial Services and Product Development space (in one or more of the following areas– Merchant & Partner portals, Risk & Fraud management, Identity and Access Management, Payment Security, Tokenization etc.).
Hands on experience in developing roadmaps, writing user stories, grooming product backlogs and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Proficiency working in an agile environment.
Exceptional collaboration and partnership skills with the ability to work in a global environment and drive consensus in cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to interface well with clients and partners at all levels.
Outstanding communications ability to a diverse customer audience, executives, product, and technology stakeholders.
Ability to interpret business requirements, both implied and explicit, from stakeholder communication and convert them into technical requirements with strong acceptance criteria for the tech team to implement
Solid business acumen
Working knowledge of compliance regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR, CCPA, etc) would be considered advantage.
Experience demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation and accountability
Fast learner on both technical and business side
Strong customer centric mindset.
Comfortable operating in a matrix setup
