STORE INCHARGE FOR STEEL MANUFACTURING - TILDA , CHHATTSIAGRH

• Inventory Management & Control: Maintaining accurate inventory records (inward/outward) using SAP/Tally/ERP, managing stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, and conducting daily, weekly, or monthly physical stock audits.
• Receipt and Inspection: Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials (raw materials, spares) against purchase orders (PO) and supplier invoices. Inspecting deliveries for quality, damage, and discrepancies.
• Material Issuance: Issuing materials, spare parts, and consumables to production teams based on authorized indents or requisition slips.
• Storage and Housekeeping: Organizing and labeling materials properly, ensuring 5S compliance (proper stacking, cleanliness), and safety compliance within the store premises.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining Material Received Registers (MRR), gate entries, delivery challans, and preparing daily/monthly MIS reports (consumption, slow-moving items).
• Liaison: Coordinating with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure seamless material movement.
• Scrap Management: Accounting for scrap, tools, material disposal, and miscellaneous store transactions.

• Experience: 2-6+ years in a mini/integrated steel plant, warehouse, or construction sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Tally) for material management, along with MS Office (Excel).
• Steel Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with steel consumables, spare parts, and raw materials (e.g., Ferro alloys, scrap).
• Education: Graduate in any field (preferred).
• Key Competencies: Good documentation practices, ability to lead a team (store keepers/labors), and strong communication skills.
