
Product Manager, Customer Experience and Business Trends

- Design and build proof of concept experiments that best describe the quality of the customer experiences: write scripts to automatically and continually assess the state of Amazon customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Product Managers, Technical Program Managers, and engineering teams) to ensure the timely resolution of identified issues
- Create product/feature proposals to scale and automate the process of evaluating those customer experiences
- Implement technical solutions from conception through deployment, including architecture decisions and implementation strategies
- Drive operational excellence through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Report and summarize key issues

- Self-starter, motivated, and extremely organized; A passion for technology and for learning
- Technical Degree (Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or equivalent) and/or relevant tech experience.
- 1+ years working in software (Cloud Architecture, Systems Design, Software Development, Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering or DevOps) and/or technical product/program management
- Proficiency with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Java, Javascript, Typescript
- Data analysis experience, such as proficiency in using the Pandas framework in Python for data manipulation, cleaning, and exploration
- Experience with Intermediate level of Excel
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working with Amazon Web Services, or equivalent cloud-based infrastructure services
- Experience with AI/ML, including GenAI and LLMs
- Experience working with and writing algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and object-oriented software design
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Excellence in technical communication across all seniority levels
- Interest in e-commerce and Generative AI solutions
