Job Description :City Greens is seeking a dynamic Sr. E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team with 5+ years of experience. In this pivotal role, you will be the Profit and Loss (PnL) owner for our e-commerce operations, which include our proprietary online store as well as third-party platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing all aspects of e-commerce sales, from strategizing and executing sales plans to optimizing our online presence and driving revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce Strategy & GrowthDevelop and implement strategic plans to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and retention.Identify and capitalize on emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.Platform ManagementOversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website(s) and marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and promotional campaigns.Team LeadershipLead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and customer service.Data & AnalyticsMonitor and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.Prepare regular reports for senior management with actionable insights.Customer Experience OptimizationEnhance website UI/UX to improve customer engagement and reduce bounce rates.Manage customer feedback channels to ensure a high level of satisfaction.Marketing & PromotionsCoordinate with digital marketing teams on SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to maximize sales.Requirements

Proven experience in e-commerce sales management, particularly with platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing on platforms like Instagram, and online ad campaigns on Amazon and Google.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to take initiative and drive results.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership capabilities and experience in managing teams.

Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
