
Senior Technical Product Manager

- Create and update software with complex pricing models
- Improve the customer experience by proactively partnering and consulting with business resources to implement enhancements to existing processes and workflows
- Cross functional requirements gathering, system consultation, and implementation of system design and configuration
- Support and understand the rating formulas and factors, system workflow, and implement appropriate design and configuration of workflow portals within the StepWise application suite
- Use Excel and SQL-based systems to solve business problems / achieve clients’ expectations
- Understand industry issues, changes, and potential impacts and opportunities for the StepWise consulting team
- Consult with internal/external clients to understand business needs and translate into technical solutions including design, development, and delivery
- Manage project deadlines across multiple clients with minimal supervision
- Convey proposed solutions to non-technical audience through presentations and demos
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). - B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (16+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in healthcare or financial services
- 6+ years of proven cross-functional influence experience and well-developed relationship building skills, willing to take a leadership role driving initiatives, working across organizations and structuring approaches to new opportunities
- 6+ years of experience using Agile/Scrum or similar methodologies, and associated tools (AHA, Jira, Confluence)
- 6+ years of experience using quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps
- 3+ years of experience developing, designing or implementing products
- Proven experience working in the healthcare
- Experience with user interface design and/or workflow automation
- Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience working in an agile development environment
