Candidate must have an engineering background (Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical / Automation preferred) to understand technical discussions and project coordination.Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of MOM (Minutes of Meeting) Technical & Management Meetings
Calendar management & priority scheduling
Coordination with project, design & site teams
Client meeting scheduling & visit coordination
Follow-up on project timelines, reports & documentation
Assisting VP in technical presentations & internal reviews
Vendor & stakeholder coordination

Key Requirements:

Engineering Degree/Diploma (Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
Strong communication & documentation skills
Good understanding of technical terms & project flow
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly organized, presentable & professional approach
