- Assist the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Organize technical presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Help in understanding client needs and developing appropriate solution proposals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical sales documentation.
- Keep CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline information up to date.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and post-sales teams to ensure prompt project execution.
- Monitor tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines using digital management tools.
- Compose professional emails, meeting summaries, and client correspondence.
- Perform basic market research regarding competitors, industry developments, and customer requirements.
- Provide support with travel arrangements, exhibitions, and customer visits as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales support, technical sales coordination, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in English for writing emails and documents.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office / Zoho WorkDrive, and digital tracking tools.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Willing to travel occasionally for meetings, demonstrations, or events.
- Experience in industrial automation, machine vision, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales.
- Background in preparing proposals and coordinating with customers.
- Basic knowledge of technical products or engineering solutions.
