- Support the sales team in identifying and following up on business opportunities.
- Coordinate technical presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
- Assist in understanding client requirements and preparing suitable solution recommendations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical sales documents.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and post-sales teams for timely execution.
- Track tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines using digital tools.
- Draft professional emails, meeting notes, and client communication.
- Conduct basic market research on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Support travel planning, exhibitions, and customer visits when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales support, technical sales coordination, pre-sales, or client-facing roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of English for drafting emails and documents.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office / Zoho Work drive, and digital tracking tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, demos, or events.
- Exposure to industrial automation, machine vision, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales.
- Experience in proposal preparation and customer coordination.
- Basic understanding of technical products / engineering solutions.
