The role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales in the assigned territory.Target Clients: Builders, Schools, Clubs, Malls, Public Parks, PSU Companies, Resorts, Architects, Landscape Companies, etc.---Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and research their business and equipment needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients, both virtually and in person.
- Prepare contract-winning proposals and collaborate with the sales team to close deals.
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure project specifications are met on time.
- Actively generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and resolve client concerns.
- Track and report sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly).
- Stay updated on products, pricing, payment plans, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Education: Graduate / PG / MBA.
- Experience: 2–4 years in marketing or sales, preferably in institutional/project sales to the construction industry.
- Preferred: Experience working with builders, architects, or landscape consultants, with an existing network of contacts in the industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, public relations, time management, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Age: Below 40 years.
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to drive business growth.
