In line with this vision, they are launching the Global Business Services Division in India.An Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Airline reservation and ticketing, Airport check-ins, and Contact/ call center with relevant experience in the GDS System is essential. Should have good typing skills with previous knowledge of contact center/ reservation and ticketing systems would be preferred. Should be flexible to work on rotational shifts. Should be interactive, customer service oriented with a warm, cheerful, and expressive personality. Should be customer-focused and always drive customer satisfaction when responding to customer inquiries and calls.Key Competencies:1. Should have excellent written and spoken English.
2. Receive inbound calls from customers to provide information/ updates as and when required.
3. Handle multi-products and services as required and escalate queries to your Senior Contact Centre staff when appropriate.
4. Create new reservations and make changes to existing reservations. Provide quotes on the correct fares and rules of carriage issuance and re-issuance of tickets.
5. Should be efficient in managing calls from a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
6. Should have strong comprehension and articulation.
7. Should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and able to adapt to changing requirements.
8. Open to new learnings and flexible to adapt to new concepts and systems.
