This transformation includes new global governance, new ways of working and the implementation of digital business services and platforms.Airbus is looking for a Senior Group Manager – ERP CoE Strategy and Platform - Product Manager in Digital to join the Bangalore, India location.Product Manager - ERP CoE Platform Integration Solutions and Services is part of the Digital function and is responsible and accountable for the delivering sustainable hybrid integration solutions for the Airbus ERP eco system. Success of this position will require strong international collaboration with global Airbus teams complying Enterprise architecture standards, Sustainability, Security and Compliance.As a Group Manager, you will be working with ERP Integration team to achieve the ambitious goal of digital transformation, specifically considering the ERP Integration technical skills, it is expected that you are passionate about delivery and service excellence, with a strong understanding and respect for Airbus values. You will establish team goals by fully understanding the business strategy and considering the organizational priorities, identify and evaluate business & technical trends and choose a course of action to achieve the same. You will accomplish the team results/performance by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring coaching and leading the team in the right direction.Primary responsibilitiesProduct Management:Defining the Product Vision and Strategy.Gathering and Prioritizing Customer Needs.Creating a Product Roadmap.Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams.Monitoring Product Performance and Iteration:Staying Up-to-Date on Market Trends on ERP Integration solutions - SAP PO / SAP BTP IS - APIM / Event Mesh - Data Provisioning solutions like SLT / SDA and SDI etc.,ERP Integration Architecture experience for SAP and Non SAP PlatformsAccountable for the end to end Product/Application or service lifecycle from conception, design, industrialization, operations through retirement including management of dependenciesResponsible for Multi technical teams formation in order to manage the IT - Product / Application or Service LifecycleIdentify opportunities and create a product or a service that satisfies the client/end user including Time, Quality and cost of the Platform.Ensures the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use,and ensures solutions that best serves both.Ensures that the known Product/Application or Service vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner.Defines chargeback models for their respective IT Products/Applications or Services.Accountable for all ERP CoE Platform Integration Solutions and Services deliveries, Operational Performance, cross Regions efficiency & Delivery along with compliance such as Security, Export Control etc.,Define and Drive the Cloud enablement Strategy for ERP CoE across all the functions.People Management:Manage and lead the ERP CoE Platform Integration Solutions and Services team within the respect of Airbus valuesLead the team using a performance management and development process with the right training program.Coach, mentor, provide oversight and direction to the team accordance with the organization's policies and proceduresConsciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's goal and objectivesResponsible for overall budget management,Overall Cost /budget Estimation and control by managing all aspectsPromote a high quality of end-user experience by considering latest SAP technologies to implement to answering the business needsManaging coordination of the teams and working groups engaged globally in the different projectsManage global communications and alignment with all stakeholdersHelp the team identify their appropriate career path & develop competencies of the Team and prepare for future competenciesContinuously look new opportunities within the frame of Global In-house Centre Technology Services SolutionsQualification & ExperienceGraduate/Post Graduate with 13+ years of experience in ERP domain. Experience in delivering SAP applications/projects with following criteria:Expert level:Leadership skills, Product Management & Project Management/ People ManagementBuilding prototypes quickly and ability to scale to minimum viable productBusiness / affairs ManagementProven skills in build-in-qualitySAP Architecture experience for PlatformsExperience in building new teamsDefining technology roadmaps and deliveryAgile/ SAFe principle and Service Management best practicesIntermediate level:Understanding of at least one SAP functional module process, preferably production or manufacturingAbility to shift between domains and multi-skills experience is highly desirable.Professional Networking skills.Good to have:Knowledge in Aerospace domainQuality management System awareness is desirableITIL, PMP certification is highly desirableSuccess Metrics
